Diabetes Prevention Toolkit

Developed through a collaboration between the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP) and Campbell University pharmacy students, this Diabetes Prevention Toolkit is designed to assist NC pharmacists in Joining the Charge on diabetes prevention. Learn how you can support the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program or incorporate NCAP's own diabetes prevention initiative, "A Healthier You", into your own practice.
