  • Identify evidence-based dietary interventions which improve disease outcomes. 

 

 Description: 

This session explores evidence-based nutrition principles for promoting healthy living, longevity, and chronic disease prevention and management. Participants will gain practical strategies to engage patients in making healthier food choices and swaps that support better health outcomes.
